Shay & Blue | Salt Caramel

July 22, 2019

Since being a vegetarian for nearly two years now I continue to make it my mission to try and buy ethical, vegetarian and cruelty-free beauty products. It can be a difficult journey but the one product I always struggled to find was perfume. I was delighted when Shay & Blue reached out to me and asked if I wanted to try their sustainable and cruelty-free fragrances.

I received their Salt Caramel fragrance which came all wrapped up in a gorgeous blue box and box. The glass bottle is beautifully presented with a sleek label and a classic design that won’t look amiss on a dressing table.

The scent itself has a top note of Caramel and Sea Salt and heart and base notes of Tonka Bean and Sandalwood. A scent that is paired well and not too sickly. An ideal choice for a lunch date or coffee, as we reach the peak of summer this sweet scent is a perfect addition to any collection and also an ideal transition fragrance when the season changes in September. I think Salt Caramel is a definite scent for those with a sweet tooth. If you like musky or floral scents then Shay & Blue have a wide range of scents for you to consider.

All of the Shay & Blue fragrances use real fruits and spices to create rich scents that are long-lasting and paraben-free! Perfect for those with sensitive skin. They are UK based, 100% Cruelty-Free and have an entire range of Vegan options too!

I would highly recommend browsing their online store or visiting their boutique Perfumery situated in London
