I love trying out new skincare and experimenting with different products. As I have combination skin that is also spot prone, I am always on the lookout for beauty products that are gentle on the skin and help to re-balance it.
I was kindly approached by Pure Potions to try their Skin Salvation range . The Skin Salvation range was developed for those who have dry skin, and medical conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and other skin irritations.
All of Pure Potions products have no perfumes or parabens in. They are cruelty free, vegan friendly, and they are made of natural ingredients and are free from artificial chemicals. This is really appealing to some like myself who is a fan of natural brands such as lush as you know exactly what you are putting on your skin.
Daily Moisturising Cream
I have loved using this moisturiser. It is quite a firm cream and it does smell unusual as it’s quite herby espcieally as it has hemp in it. After using it for a while now my skin is definitely much softer and it has left me skin with a lovely glow!
Omega Rich Cleansing Oil
Containing Rosehip, this oil is perfect for taking off your makeup. I was apprehensive at first as I didn’t know if it would make my face feel greasy but it really doesn’t. It sinks into the skin well, and I have found using it before and after a face-mask helps shrink your pores and leave your skin looking clear.
Intensive Lip Balm
I occasionally get chapped lips but you don’t even need to have dry lips to use this lip balm. It is so soft and hydrating. The formula feel quite thick but I have been using it under matte lipsticks just to keep my lips plump and smooth.
Intensive Facial Oil
This is my all time favourite product from this Skin Salvation range and my favourite facial oil I have used so far! It has lavendar and rosehip in and it smells amazing. I use it as part of my night time skincare regime. I use it just before bed and it is really refreshing and also very fragrant. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate it at all it is really softening and I can’t recommend it enough.
Intensive Moisturising Ointment
This product is extremely soothing and nourishing. I have been using this once a week on my face and on my thighs. It melts between your fingers and after rubbing it in I have noticed a huge difference and improvement in the dry spots. The ointment has also helped reduce my stretch marks and any uneven skin tones.
The whole range is so nice to use. The products are kind to the skin and they have definitely made my skin feel softer and look clearer and smoother. I highly recommend looking at Pure Potions if you love natural skincare products. I just want to say you to the Pure Potions team (Jess in particular) for allowing me to review your fantastic range.
