Since spending more time at home due to the dreaded C word, I’ve been living in loungewear and chilling in my comfies most days. Recently I was contacted by Femme Luxe Finery asking if I wanted to try some items from their new loungewear range. I chose three different pieces and thought I would share with you my thoughts and ways of styling them.
The first piece I chose was a pair of Peach fleece joggers. Now let me tell you they are so comfy! Super soft with an elasticated tie waistband and cuffed ankles. They have pockets which are perfect if you are like me and enjoy keeping snacks in there for your weekend movie watching. The colour is perfect for spring and I think they are my new favourite bottoms. I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality material and from now on I’m saying goodbye to overpriced sports brands!
Next I chose some Charcoal Cropped cycling shorts. These are ideal for a workout, paired with a sports bra or crop top. Alternatively, they are great for relaxing in front of the sofa or you can style these up and pair them with an oversized tee and some chunky jewellery. I would recommend sizing down as they are quite stretchy but again I consider these to be a staple item and a great choice for the summer. This last little knitted Ella set is from the Femme Luxe cropped range. This number is a two-piece roll neck cropped sweater and matching leggings. I chose the shade ‘Stone’ but it comes in other colours including black, light pink and even lime! I must admit the leggings are a little big on me around the ankle area but you can roll them up or tuck them into some slippers 😉 This is a set is what I could consider casual chic, perfect for wandering about the house but you can also accessorise and dress it up for that Zoom Friday night catch up with your friends.
