So Eco recently launched a new range of gorgeous rose gold brushes and I was lucky enough to be sent two of the brushes from the range to review.
I was extremely excited when this brand got in touch with me as I really respect and value the brand. I love a company that cares about the environment and wants to be ethical and responsible and So Eco does this, and adds a bit of glamour with its rose gold detail in the process.
The brushes and packaging are made from ethically sourced materials sustainable materials that are compostable, recyclable and bio-degradable. So Eco are still using their iconic bamboo handles and the rose gold finish is made from recycled aluminium. Alongside this they are cruelty free, vegan friendly, and the bristles are hand cut and trimmed.
I first tried the Stippling Brush. I found that it was easier to use with a cream based foundation than a powder one just because the bristles are quite wide and not dense. However it blends out foundation well and its precision grip indents make it easy to use navigate across the face.
The concealer brush has extremely soft bristles that are sturdy and compact. This allows you to get more product on the brush. When washing the brush I noticed it cleaned really well, there was no bristle shedding, and just like the Stippling brush and it didn’t take long to dry.
This rose gold range is extremely affordable, looks great and is easy to manoeuvre. I highly recommend checking them out as not only will have some cut brushes to add to your collection but you will also be helping the Earth.
I loved using the So Eco range and will definitely look at getting more of this collection! Have you ever tried So Eco brushes? If not what are your brush recommendations, leave me a comment below!
