Beauty Atelier Shop | First Impressions

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Recently I was sent a selection of goodies from the lovely Beauty Atelier Shop to try out and review.

Beauty Atelier Shop is an online store which sells a variety of products including high-quality brushes, makeup sponges and handmade eyelashes. The brand is set out to  ‘create long lasting and affordable products for make up lovers’ and products that are both luxurious and cruelty free.

On receiving the parcel it was clear that Royal Mail had not taken the best care of my package and had left it a little crumpled. The picture on the left is what I received and the image on the right is what customers should expect to receive when placing an order. Beauty Atelier take great pride in their unique and handmade packaging and that was reflected throughout the other products that I received.

Included in the parcel was handmade silk eyelashes in 4 different styles; Romantic –  ideal for enhancing your natural look, Precious –  perfect for a wispy daytime look, Sexy – these look like go-to evening lashes, and I could see these looking fantastic paired with a smokey eye, and finally Glamorous -these are extremely dramatic, nice thick lashes with great length; would probably wear these if I was going out clubbing or to a party.

The packing of the silk eyelashes is lovely, I really like that the company has made each box a different colour this makes it easy to you to reach for the eyelashes you want while getting ready.

The next set of eyelashes included are the cruelty free mink eyelashes; Lightly – thin, natural looking eyelashes ideal for an everyday look, Softly – full looking lashes with a C curve to create volume and finally Kinky – an ultra-thick and dramatic set of eyelashes. All are described as flexible and lightweight and all three sets are presented in clear plastic cases which gives them an elegant appearance.

All the eyelashes look extremely versatile and I can’t wait to start using them, they should be able to be worn up to 20 times if gently washed and looked after.
The Perfectionist Make Up Sponge is a handmade teardrop shaped makeup sponge which is made from 100% vegetable fibre. It is latex free and it is designed not to absorb your makeup when using allowing you to get the most out of your beauty products when applying makeup.

Alongside the makeup sponge was the Heartist Brush Cleaner. This white silicone brush cleaner is designed to assist you in cleaning your brushes. I noticed the different shaped grooves and patterns on the cleaner which look like they will be extremely handy for different sized brushes. I’m probably the only person that enjoys cleaning their brushes but I think using this cute cleaner will make me enjoy this ‘chore’ even more!

The Heartist Brush Cleaner and The Perfectionist Make Up Sponge had absolutely gorgeous packaging, I loved the ribbon, heart tags and sequins which give them a personal touch.
